Two years old and 45g— I haven’t gone through the trouble of getting Morpheus to fire up since I brought him home, and let me tell you I am pretty happy with what I saw!

I only have one potential pairing written off for him so far for 2026, but I would definitely be interested in doing a second if anyone is interested in a collab! I will only consider pinstripe-influenced geckos with a dark, green, or yellow base, and she would have to travel here for a season, but beyond that I’d love to hear some ideas 😉

I’m looking for some opinions— how do you feel about simple photo editing when it turns out like this? My light box is too small for Barbie now that she’s getting closer to full grown, so I had to get a bit creative corralling her for pictures. Swipe to see the original picture! The colors weren’t edited at all, but the background was. If you saw this on Morphmarket, would you find it deceptive?

Rum Punch is one of my lovely cappuccino boys from Umbreon— he doesn’t fire as dark as his half siblings by a longshot, but I like to take pictures of him fired down anyways because you can’t see his paradox spot when he’s at full blast! His first offspring have hatched (two frapps!!) and there will certainly be more to come between this season and next!

PX4 is a truly enormous crested gecko— he generally weighs in between 75-80g! (Probably should have broken out my big rock for this beefy boy…) He dwarfs every other crested gecko in my collection and he doesn’t even need a diet— he’s all muscle and incredibly active, I don’t think I’ve caught him sleeping in months, because the moment he hears/sees movement in the gecko room he’s up and investigating. He doesn’t want to risk missing out on any lady visitors!

Barclay is just a really cool gecko— he looks like a completely different guy fired down! He’s filled in quite nicely the past few months, and I plan to put him with both a yellow and a red lily white to try and determine what is up with his base color under the cappuccino gene. And of course, prove to the naysayers that want to see a frapp before I call anything a capp 😅

Volt and Gatsby’s next set of hybrids have hatched and joined the world! It doesn’t show up well on camera, but these two have some interesting pink tones in their dorsal pattern. The next fertile eggs from the pair are a few months behind these ones (I believe my move disrupted them a bit), but it looks like there’s still another clutch and a half incubating and potentially more to come!
