Our Sheep would LOVE your pumpkins! 🐑❤️

We are gratefully accepting donations of pumpkins again this year. The sheep absolutely them. The pumpkins provide nutrition for them, while also serving as a natural dewormer to keep them healthy. This is a great way to keep pumpkins out of the landfill and support your local farm!

“Where is Harrison Farm located?” 5278 Berger Road, Groveport 43125

“When can we drop off our pumpkins?” ANY time!

“Do we need to call first?” No, not necessary. Pumpkins can be dropped off any time. Just put them at the front porch of the farmhouse.

“What if the pumpkin is carved? Or painted? Or moldy?” We will take ALL pumpkins! The sheep eat the pristine ones, and the chickens gratefully clean up all others.

“What about gourds, or straw, or other fall decor?” Absolutely! We will happily put all those items to use.

“Can we say hello to the animals while there?” Yes, you are welcome to walk up to the fence and the barn to say hello. I ask that you not go in any buildings or through any gates, and please do not feed the animals anything unless you have asked me directly.

“Will you be taking Christmas trees again?” YES! The goats are already excited for Christmas trees to arrive.

“What other donations would help?” Here are some items for which we are always grateful: cat food of all kinds for our 25 rescue cats, puppy pads, old towels & bedding, egg cartons, plastic bags, aluminum soda cans, old bread & produce, unused medical supplies, chill packs & insulated boxes from shipped food products . . .

I have learned to be resourceful to keep the farm going, and we can put to use a lot of different items here on the farm!

Wasabi is an absolutely beautiful house panther with the shiniest black fur you'll ever see. He is extremely friendly and a very loving boy. He loves to be snuggled and be held. If you want a cat who will always want to be close to you, Wasabi is just your guy! He is Super Duper friendly, and definitely a lap kitten!!

Milan has left the building with Emily's family who adopted last fall as well. He is from a litter that was rescued at 4 weeks old from a bad situation and he's proven he can jump high and loves to romp and play and cuddle as much! He's perfectly matched for Emily and her boys and their cat Simon who is also very playful. And the boys want to keep his name too! Thank you Emily for returning to add to your wonderful family 🐾😻🐾🥰🐾

We love sending kittens home to children and here is a fabulous adoption for such. Amy adopted Remini and her son George (holding him) decided to call him Remi. We also are sharing how Amy's granddaughter loves sweet Remi too. He's such a good boy and was rescued at 4 weeks old from a bad situation but look at him now! He's going to be missed but he's right where he belongs and that makes us happy 🐾😻🐾🥰🐾

Honeybun came to us so starved and anemic that she only weighed 3lbs. Now she's 9lbs and has her own home with Megan's family who call her Fig. We heard from them that Fig purrs non-stop and even when going home in her carrier in the car, she purred and purred. I'd say she knows how good life is now that she has an awesome family to love. And thank you Meghan for choosing an adult cat. She is one in a million! 🐾😻🐾🥰🐾❤️
