🐾 Staff Update & Hiring Announcement! 🐾

We wanted to let our wonderful clients know that one of our groomers will be moving on. We want to assure everyone that ALL EXISTING APPOINTMENTS WILL STAY IN PLACE and remain with the owner. No changes needed! 💛

As we grow, we’re also looking to add another dog bather to our team!
💰Pay: $15/hour
🗓Days: every other Monday, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
⏰Hours: 8am-2pm (may vary depending on how busy the day is)

BACK TO SCHOOL TIME

Your schedules are hectic and so are ours. We would like to remind everyone that we are only human and do the best we can to accommodate everyone and get the pets done in a timely manner. On average one dog takes us 2-3 hours, with larger or more than one dog taking more time. Owners that want their dogs done within an hour must pay an additional fee for hand drying and will wait longer to be scheduled to accommodate their requests. Additionally, we ask that owners notify us if there is a required time their pets need done by so we are not blindsided or made to rush our schedules.

WE EXPECT TO BE TREATED WITH THE SAME RESPECT THAT WE SHOW YOU. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US AS WE TRY TO NAVIGATE OUR DAY!

This sweet older lady came in for a groom and is adoptable through CARE in Columbus! She loves attention and did amazing for her grooming. Please reach out to them if you’re interested in finding Sue a forever home! 💜💗

ITS SNOWING IN MAY

This is the closest thing we get to snowing this late in spring. The pups are definitely blowing their coats and shedding everywhere!

FRIENDLY REMINDER:
Carly will be gone from May 23rd to June 11th. Please contact the work phone at 812-603-7513 to make appointments. Shelby will not be accepting cat grooming or nail trims during this time.

We are currently booking out to July so please be patient with us as we are trying to get everyone in as soon as we can. Thank you for all of the referrals and we greatly appreciate the influx of new clients.

WE’RE HIRING

We are looking to add another bather to our team! We are needing someone to work Fridays, Saturdays, and occasionally a day through the week if needed. This position has an hourly wage and will require someone who can lift at least 50 lbs and is comfortable with large and small dogs. Please call the shop at (812)603-7513 if this is a job you’re interested in!

Update for scheduling:
- currently no longer taking new clients on Saturdays
- booking 4-5 weeks out with cancelation list
- Carly will be gone May 23rd through June 11th (please be patient with Shelby)
- we are still accepting new clients for week days
