In this workshop, you will learn specific advanced conditioning exercises focusing on the strength and proprioception skills necessary to reduce the chance of falls and injuries from the dog walk. Expect to improve both your dog's confidence and proficiency for the dog walk with a variety of body awareness and movement puzzle challenges.

Class opportunity!

Power Up Pup @ ARF Agility! Tuesdays at 830p, starting March 4th. This seven week class will feature a complete fitness workout for the performance dog every week - and you’ll see a difference by the end of this class session! Previous fitness experience is preferred. Dogs must be in good health and 12 months or older.

Fitness FUNdamentals starts January 7th at 6pm through ARF (arfagility.org)! There aren’t a lot of opportunities for in-person classes with a CPCFT - join and get your dog’s fitness journey started in 2025. We’ll cover all the foundation skills and proper forms, including warmups, cool downs, and stretches to increase range of motion and flexibility!
