School is coming back in session and schedules are shifting. Your Columbus Dog Walker is hiring a reliable Part Time Dog Walker to join our team right away. We are looking for an animal lover who is comfortable outdoors and physically active to provide top tier care to our customers pets.

Job Details:
* Schedule: Monday through Friday from approximately 10 AM to 3 PM
* Hours: 10 to 20 hours per week with a 10 hour guaranteed minimum
* Expectations: No evenings, weekends, holidays, or overnights unless you are interested
* Pay: $15.00 per hour for walks plus $0.70 per mile for mileage reimbursement

What We Are Looking For:
* Professional or volunteer experience handling dogs other than your own personal pets
* Experience handling large breeds like German Shepherds or Saint Bernards is a major plus
* Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions and ability to walk multiple miles per day
* Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver license, and active auto insurance
* Smartphone capable of running our scheduling and GPS tracking software
* Willingness to undergo a background check and complete Pet CPR and First Aid certification

Five years ago today, Your Columbus Dog Walker was founded during the height of the pandemic with a commitment to providing professional, reliable, and humane pet care. It has been an absolute honor to serve this community and care for your best friends since May 6, 2021.

To celebrate this milestone, we are officially refreshing our look. We are excited to debut our new logo today, with a full website update at yourcdw.com coming soon.

Growth does not stop with a new look. We are also expanding our extended service area. We are now accepting new midday walking clients in Clintonville, in addition to our established routes in German Village, Upper Arlington, Bexley, and Grandview.
