Please give us at least 10 days to get your entries, stalls & sponsors processed. If you received a payment receipt online, see that your check was deposited or used tracking that says your mail was delivered, then we've got your stuff!

BIG DRUM ROLL for these exhibitors who will be receiving a full refund of their entries, horse stall & tack stall for one horse: PIPER HENTHORNE, VALEN BURKHART, LILA KNISELY, SOPHIE ANGEL, JUDD KLEPTZ, AUDREY PANCAKE, MADELINE PUCELL, JOSELYNN HALL (her 2nd), ELIJAH SPECK, HANNAH FREITAG, SILAS HANLON and BARRETT SCHOCKLING!! These exhibitors along with their parents gathered $575 & above in sponsors for the show.

All coolers have been sponsored or are pending payment, all championship & high point neck ribbons have been sponsored. So with that in mind all funds now coming in will be used as class sponsors (which we need) and patrons. As always there is plenty of space for ads. If you have paid for an ad and haven't emailed it yet they are due March 24!

March 24th is the absolute deadline for PRE ENTRIES, PRE entry pricing on stalls and the deadline for Sponsors!! 4 days!!! Get those forms postmarked or emailed.

For those having problems using the online registration, you must use a personal computer and we are finding that some businesses (schools, hospitals) vpn will not let you fully access the online registration. If you are still have issues and do not have a personal computer, put them in the mail!

For those using our new online registration process, we've noticed that a few of you are having issues downloading the forms and attaching your files. Please be sure you are following the directions below. You can only attach 1 AAYHS form! Use the other attachment windows to attach your forms: exhibitor list, reg. papers, proof of age, ads, etc. depending on the AAYHS form you are sending us. UPDATE for those doing the Sponsor Incentive Program!!

All Special Pages have been sponsored!! We still need MANY cooler and championship/high point neck ribbons sponsored, especially in the Contest, Fence, Walk/Trot & Ranch High Point Divisions, Pony Championships & Reserves and Horse Reserves. Email [email protected] We will hold your choice for 10 days pending payment.

We need TONS of sponsors for the $65 classes, those classes all take 4 sponsors, possibilities are endless. There is always plenty of space for all size ads.

And finally, for those high school seniors & first year college students the scholarship application deadline is FEBRUARY 28TH!! The application is on our website. Be sure to follow the directions!!
