This is really disappointing to see how the dog park “renovations” were portrayed. If anyone cares for the dogs it’s the people who constantly bring water out, make sure they stay warm, and provide lighting for the dogs whose parents have a 9-5 job.

We hope to see this turn into something positive instead of excuses about the budget and misinformed opinions.

A pack of four or five dogs and their owners sit in the Bark Park at the Roger Short Soccer Complex near downtown, relaxing around a fire in a barrel under string lights hanging from the trees.

Introducing Dunkin, the French bulldog with a name as sweet as his personality! He's got more energy than a freshly brewed espresso and loves to play with his buddies!

You'll often find him bouncing around the park like a sugar-high toddler, but with fur and four legs. His adorable snorts and grunts are the icing on the cake, or should we say, the glaze on the donut. With Dunkin around, every day is a treat! 🍩
