FCSO Therapy Dogs

FCSO Therapy Dogs The Franklin County Sheriff's Office Therapy Dog Program brings loving therapy and companionship to victims of crimes and traumatic events.

The program also represents the FCSO by visiting kids in hospitals, veterans, and others who request our services. The Franklin County Sheriff's Office Therapy Dog Program began in March of 2017, filling a need to support victims of crimes and tragic events, as well to be a comfort to those in need. FCSO is the only law enforcement-specific agency in Ohio to have therapy dogs, and one of only six

in the nation. Serving to bring joy to those they interact with, the FCSO Therapy Dogs are nationally registered to provide their unique service to aid, comfort, and bring joy wherever and whenever needed.
