2nd Home Pet Resort Welcome your pets to their 2nd home! Loving your pets as our own! Boarding, daycare, training! We offer boarding for all sizes but our specialty is large dogs.

We offer everything you could wish for in one location, such as Boarding, Daycare, Grooming, and Retail. Doctors will be on call and available daily to check on any necessity needed while boarding or at daycare. We offer standard or luxury boarding, but the best part is your pup will be able to attend Daycare and be cage free from 8am-5pm Monday - Friday and from 8:00am-11:00am Saturday for a smal

l fee. Whether your dog is inside or outside they are always supervised by our dog loving staff members. We recognize that some older or shy visitors may need some special space of their own. We can provide a smaller play group or individual play area. Our goal is to give your pet the treatment they deserve and the attention you want them to have.

2nd Home Pet Resort will also be offering Drop of service Monday - Friday 7:00am-9:00am for your convienece. We look forward to meeting you and your pets!

‼️WINTER WEATHER CONTIGENCY PLANS‼️

We are closely monitoring the predictions for winter weather in our area for this Tuesday and Wednesday (January 20th and 21st)!

At this time, we do not have plans to close our offices, however, we do live in Georgia and these predictions could end up being accurate! In the event that we do get ice/snow, the safety of our patients, clients, and staff is our utmost concern and will take priority in our decision making process over the next couple of days.

We urge all of our clients to call for refills on medications and/or food to make sure they have what they need to get through the weekend.

PLEASE do not leave your pets outside in this weather without a warm and dry place to stay 🙏

We know at Thanksgiving it can be very tempting to share your yummy food with your fur family, but did you know certain foods can be potentially dangerous for animals to consume?

Here is a list of pet safe foods (*IN moderation) for the holiday! As always, it is recommended to talk to your veterinarian first about giving your pet new foods!
