Roo is the biggest lover! One may think she’s your shadow as she never wants to leave your side and loves cuddling. She has large bursts of energy followed by long naps and has no problem taking time to herself in her crate. She is becoming a great walking buddy and is slowly learning what toys are and how to play with them. Roo would love nothing more than someone to call HER someone and help her continue to learn.

Adopt Buffy! 🤎

Buffy is a sweet chocolate lab mix looking for a lap or couch to snuggle up on! She’s a little silly and is learning how to properly “dog”. So far she likes to chase around bouncy balls or carry around a small toy. Buffy is dog friendly but might do best with dogs her size or larger. She is curious about cat friends, she likes to say hello! She would do great with dogs who are low energy or like a good play session every once in a while. Buffy is working on letting us know when she needs to go outside to potty, she’s great on the leash and doesn’t react when seeing other dogs. She is working on basic manners like sit and down, she rides in the car super well. Buffy is a chill girl who would love a furever family!

We cannot thank First Financial Bank enough for their hospitality. Today’s pop up adoption event was a HUGE success! 3 of the 4 fosters who attended were adopted!!!

Adopt Tails!

Tails is the sweetest guy! Good with kids, goats and chickens at his foster home! Comes when called ❤️He loves being out but jumps fences and his nose takes him off to places he isn’t supposed to be. He does love being in the house in the AC during the day. He is crate trained and leash trained and listens well but would have to have a tall fence or in a cable when he is out.

Adopt Sissy! She is a very sweet girl. She does great with other dogs. Her foster home has one other dog her size. She is in a foster home with a 5 year old child. She loves the attention from petting to positive affirmation that people can give her resulting in her loving all kids and adults as well. She gets excited at first when meeting new people but quickly calms down. She is a medium energy dog. She is crate trained and house trained. Sissy is working on learning her basic commands of sit, lay down, stay, and come. She is a treat motivated dog. Sissy shows no signs of food aggression. She enjoys playing with toys as well. She has been cat tested and shows curiosity towards them. In her current foster home she is walked on the leash when outside or is in a 6ft tall fence off leash when not in the home. She rides well in a car.

AC Slater wants to be Saved by the Bell and find his forever family! He is a very cute little dude that is of medium size around 33lbs. He has a fairly calm personality and is always smiling!He is dog friendly and has lived his life (including the shelter) with another dog companion and he enjoys that environment.

Adopt Freya! Freya is a sweet little girl. She is only about 35lbs and fully grown. Freya is dog and cat friendly, though at times she does decide she does not want others around her while she is snuggling with her foster momma. Freya is working on potty training and crate training. People are her favorite thing ever and she gets the full body wiggle. Freya wants nothing more than your love and attention.
