Talk and sing to your babies multiple times each day ♥️ It’s a fun way to send your love out to them and enhance their quality of life 💕
Mike and I enjoy inserting our pets’ names into songs…for example…”You are my Sloopy, my only Sloopy. You make me happy when skies are gray. You’ll never know dear how much I love you, so please don’t take my Sloopy away. 🥰🥰🥰 Or for Rainbow…”I love my Baby BoBo! I never let her go!”

This morning, I got to communicate with a stray cat that had run off after a cat fight a few days ago. Kitty showed himself nearby, hunkered down and not knowing what to do next. I assured him it was safe to come back to the people who help take care of him.

He returned this afternoon!!

This boy!!! I’m so freaking happy for him!! This is Sawyer and we’ve been doing HTA and communication sessions together for about a year now to help him heal through puppyhood issues with his mama, self-confidence and self-acceptance issues, his relationship with his doggie brother and anxieties. 2023 was all about self-discovery and healing for him! He’s done an incredible job focusing his energy on moving forward in life ♥️🐶 I’m so proud of him for the self-development he’s accomplished!

I appreciate you so much, Sawyer…for your lesson on the importance of being willing to look at yourself openly, grow where you can grow and accept yourself where you need more self-compassion ♥️ You have such a beautiful heart, sweetie 🐶💕

UPDATE!!!
Last week, I posted about Feather, the fluffy gray cat who is on a mission to help other kitties 😻 See previous posts for her story…

WELL!!! We now know why Feather returned this year! One of the neighbors who helped her mission from last year, reached out this morning for help with a skinny stray cat that has started showing up at her porch. Sent over our warm winter house for the cat and we’ll see what additional help kitty needs from there ♥️♥️♥️

Thank you, sweet Feather!! Such a precious soul 💕😻💕

HUGE MILESTONE today for our Rainee!!! She was laying here on her heat vent when Sammy (our 6 year old) approached and pet her. She didn’t give even the slightest indication of being nervous or wanting to move away!! This is so awesome for her as she and Sammy have been working on building trust very slowly over the past year. This was so wonderful to see!!! ♥️🐶♥️🐶 Go Rainee and go Sammy!!!

I love love love when animals make outward movements/interactions/expressions in response to things we’re talking about during a session. Most of the time these moments happen at the very start of our communication, right as an important part of the conversation happens or right after an emotional release.

Cats are big on this…walking up to their parents or the phone right as we start communicating. It’s so cute! Cats are frequently VERY in-tune with what is going on around their entire house at all times. I’ve had a cat get super feisty with me when I walked in the door, then immediately plop down as soon as I said we could go get started. He had so been looking forward to his energy therapy and just wanted me to start already! Of course, some cats run and hide, but then come join once the energy has started flowing 😻

One of my all-time favorite memories with dogs reacting…during Fred’s session he brought up a mouse, but nothing else was said about it, so I moved on kinda quickly. After his session, I was speaking with his doggie sister and she brought up the mouse too and shared more about it…as soon as I shared her communication with the family, Fred came running straight to me with urgency saying “I didn’t like the mouse, I didn’t like the mouse!!” He was so relieved to finally have his family know this as that mouse had caused him great concern 🥰🐶

Animals definitely keep things very interesting ☺️ This is one reason why I love communicating with them!

Anybody experience any spirit animals, lately?!

Spirit animals come to us in different ways…Actual animals showing up at just the right time, seeing the same animal in different forms in a relatively short period of time (a picture, in a song, comes up from someone else in conversation, etc…), and any other way the universe wants to present the spirit animal and its message.

The biggest one for me lately has been the Cardinal. I first started receiving the message from Cardinal last springtime(ish) when a female and male Cardinal kept showing up around me for multiple days. The message was to make sure I was putting love and effort into my marriage. That Mike is my soulmate and despite having young kids and being busy, we need to ensure we’re still building upon our relationship.
Well, as most parents know, life kept getting overly busy and that higher focus on our relationship would get put on the back burner again.
Cardinal must be fed up with us 🤣 because now for several months, we’ve had a Cardinal who plays with his reflection in our kitchen window EVERY SINGLE DAY!! He repeatedly runs into the window, taps on it, stares at his reflection and just plays…every day! I love him and I adore his commitment to our message. Mike and I will continue to refocus each time life gets overly busy, just as Cardinal guides us to.

Going deep today!

In our society, people don’t generally feel comfortable talking about death. Through experiences with animals over time, I’ve become very comfortable with it and view transitions as simply leaving our physical form (our temporary vessel for this life) and returning fully to spirit (our natural state of being). That doesn’t mean transitions aren’t emotional and grief isn’t hard…they still are and I’m usually balling at any euthanasia I attend for pet clients. I want to share these end-of-life experiences with you all, so these animals’ lessons can help others as well.

The first lesson I’ll share is one I’ve learned from many, many pets. In general, animals are more aware spiritually and more open to transitioning. However, it’s not always easy or obvious to them when it is time to transition into spirit. There have been many communication sessions with pets nearing end-of-life where we find the animal didn’t realize transitioning was even an option. The relief that comes with being told, “yes, you’re allowed to leave this ill, elderly, hurting body and simply be at peace. Your parent(s) wants you to be happy and comfortable again.” can be tremendous for pets. I explain the euthanasia process to the pet and answer their questions. We speak gently as the pet processes everything and makes a decision on if they’re ready or not. I deeply appreciate these conversations because the amount of love and compassion shown between pet and parent is always huge. The type of deep love that just makes you cry with sadness, relief and joy all at the same time.
I thank all of these pets and their parents for allowing me to see this deep side of their love 💕 Being compassionate and showing others love…it’s a part of life that makes us whole, right?!

Here are pictures of some fur babies who have already transitioned. I’ll be sharing some of their stories & lessons in the coming days/weeks/months. Each one (even those not pictured) is special and will always hold a loving spot in my heart.

Story time!

3 years ago in January/February of 2022, this gray, fluffy cat with only one ear started to hang out at and near our house 😻

At the time our cat, Denali, was still in physical form, but her companion, Rocky, was no longer with us. She had been searching for a friend for about a month and I had told her that I’d help take care of any cat she chose as her friend. She always ran off every single cat that came near our house! Until one day, the perfect friend showed up in the form of this gray, fluffy cat. She told me her name was “Feather.” They hung out every day, took naps together in the sun and kept each other company ♥️♥️♥️ She lovingly gave our Denali that kitty companionship she needed. In March, Feather left.

Fast forward to Jan/Feb 2022, Feather starts hanging around our house again! We were delighted to see her! This time, Feather’s mission was for a different cat though. Another cat appeared in the first days that Feather was with us. This new cat was badly injured and needed help. A few neighbors worked together and we were able to get the cat vet care and one of the ladies brought him into her loving home 💕😻 This cat is now named Moonpie. Feather brought him to us to help him find a path to a healthy, loving life. Feather left again.

Fast forward 1 more year to the present day, Feather has appeared again!! What helpful, caring mission is Feather on this year?!?! We’ll have to wait and find out! I’ll update, if she includes us in her mission again. I do hope she does!!

Please note…I have spoken with Feather about her own needs/wants each time she’s appeared. She’s okay and is just doing her life’s work. I respect that immensely 💕😻
