To my wonderful customers,
As most of you know we do reminder calls the day before your babies appointments. PLEASE let us know at time of call or give us a call back as soon as possible to let us know if they are coming or not. As of April 23, 2024 if you are on a schedule or have an appointment and do not let us know in advance that you are not coming, there will be a $20 No Show Fee for each dog.
We do understand life happens and we love you all and are thankful you put your trust in us with your babies.
