We here at Wiggle’n V Ranch raise show, breeding, working, and therapy prospect Miniature and Standard Australian Shepherds. Not only do we breed for a "beautiful" looking dog, but also for temperament, conformation and intelligence. Miniature and Standard Australian Shepherds are extremely intelligent, very easily trained, and best of all they are eager to please. With that being said, we strive
to produce great family pets, farm and ranch working dogs, and therapy dogs that conform to the breed standard set forth by AKC, ASDR and MASCA registries that we are associated with. We pride ourselves with owning and producing CHAMPION and award winning GENETICALLY HEALTH TESTED dogs! All puppies born at Wiggle’n V are handled from day one by both adults and children. Pups that leave Wiggle’n V are guaranteed well socialized in many aspects of farm and everyday life, up to date on wormings and vaccinations, vet checked and started on heartworm as well as flea and tick preventive. Each breeding is planned with a specific goal in mind, and with each breeding we hope to continue to better the breed. Our dogs are registered with ASDR, MASCA, and AKC. We hold a kennel certification under ASDR and membership with MASCA. Our dogs have been nothing short of AMAZING additions to our family. They are our pets, our companions, our friends....our family!!! We enjoy watching all our pups grow into the AMAZING dogs we know they are. We take pride in knowing that 95% of our pups are sold strictly via word of mouth, as well as on a return buyer basis!! Starting in 2017, Wiggle’n V will be having AKC Miniature Dachshunds available!!! Our Mini dachshunds have been great additions to our family, huge blessings with pride and joy for our children and we look forward to providing our customers with them as well!! Please stand by for updates in 2017 on our Miniature Dachshunds!! Pups will be raised with the same respect that we set forth with our Aussies. Potential Show prospects are expected!! Occasionally, Wiggle’n V Ranch will have Nigerian Dwarf Goats, TICA Bengal Kittens(pets and show prospects), and Miniature Potbelly Pigs available as well. When any of these are available, all information will be provided for each. We raise all our additional animals with the same love, respect, and appreciation as we do our dogs. All babies leave us well socialized, up to date on necessary vaccines and wormings(kittens are vet checked), and other necessary precautions to ensure your new baby a great start!

More pups in training!! In this coop we have a mixed flock of chickens and young guinea!!
What you see: Lazy pups….just laying around not paying any mind to the fowl within their space.
What I see: 2 male pups in training, keeping close watchful eyes on their charges, easy going yes! Because at this very moment in time, they know their flock is safe, so they are not alarmed. However, not for a second do we doubt them when a threat is near. These pups, are employees, and are WORKING. These 2 boys are doing exactly what they are supposed to be doing at this moment……and I can assure you, they are no where near lazy ;)

Something to think about!! More research showing the need to wait till a healthy age for spay and neutering your beloved pet. Repeated studies are showing a direct link between premature spay/neuter and IVDD in Dachshunds. We support healthy choices for our pets!

Oh and say HELLOOOO to Trump!! Our Fawn French Lop Buck!!
**this hack is NOT used for our TAMUK-Composites. Only for our Californians and currently our French lop buck. The TAMUK DO NOT receive ANY summer time supplemental cooling of ANY form. No fans. No Ice packs. NOTHING at the very very minimum, they will have a ceramic tile to lay on-however this acts as a relief from the wire as well. When I started the TAMUK, I decided that if they couldn’t withstand our heat without supplements, then they weee not meant for me. So far, they have withstood our highest temperature of 116° with nothing more than shade, a breeze way and water.

Transition day for the livestock guardian pups!!!
They move into Rosie’s pen to start training with Rosie and the “littles” I have said it MANY times before….this is our most delicate pen. The most vulnerable of our goats, who require the most protection. This pen is also right next door to the pig pen, who has Max protecting them full time. Therefore the pups are getting first hand training from the ground up!
Oh, and did I mention, Zero as well, is with them….so they still have mom’s love and direction through it all!!
Meanwhile, Gus is single-handedly holding every down-tending to the front and the back, and all the birds himself…..and doing a mighty fine job!!
Some of the pups are absolutely going to be forces to be reckoned with, and I’m so proud of them!!! 🖤
Remember we are currently accepting deposits for these pups!!

Oh momma hen!! One of our bourbon red turkey hens went broody….on 2 turkey eggs and a chicken egg 🥴🥴
So we made it work her while, and gave her some of the turkey eggs we collected for the incubator, but haven’t yet set…..fingers crossed for this momma hen!!

Livestock guardian dog deposits will ONLY be accepted with the understanding that specific pups will NOT be selected until approximately 8 weeks old. No livestock guardian pups will leave prior to 12 weeks old. Our pups will receive EXTENSIVE work and exposure to many species of farm animals including goats, pigs, poultry, cats, farm dogs and more! As well as include direct living quarters with livestock on a full time basis. I will be EXTREMELY picky with the understanding that these pups MUST go to working homes, as they MUST have employment in order to reach their full potential and thrive in their new homes.
I say again, these pups MUST go to working homes. I cannot stress enough!! These dogs are NOT your basic run of the mill livestock guardian dogs. They were bred purposefully to preform to their full potential, and will use whatever force necessary to protect their family and the livestock. These dogs have been one of the absolute BEST decisions we have ever made on this farm life journey, and are by far worth their weight in gold. Protect and serve, it’s what they do.

Rosie girl….doing Rosie dog things!! Checking out the Jr Coop and making sure all is well!
She’s such a sweet girl! She’s is our livestock guardian dog(Anatolian x Pyrenees) that lives with the “littles”. She does AMAZING with them!! She’s also the one who helped raise and train Max to be the amazing boy he is today!! AND! Once Zero starts weaning, Rosie will be helping Zero on training our upcoming pups!! All around, Rosie truly is a great girl! Very attentive to her goats, very watchful, very workable, and the best part, extremely diverse!!

When one of your bunny buyers introduces you to kale 🥬 for your bunnies….and you try it to discover KALE IS LIFE!! The bunnies loved it!!
They also have Timothy hay and alfalfa hay cubes along with their West Feeds 17% protein rabbit pellets. Happy rabbits 🐰

When your awesome ‘Secret Pal’ at work gives you a Tractor Supply Gift Card….you use it to make life a lot easier! The boy helps out of course, after all, it was his idea!!! Awesome job buddy!!
No more having to carry buckets and buckets daily of feed from the back barn up, now we can store it in 5 gallon buckets with easy access to who it goes too! Just refill when needed, and they aren’t sitting on the ground to cause sweating/mildew!
Timothy hay and alfalfa cubes, rabbit feed, adult coop and jr coop….all have their own buckets now!

Finally! We are expecting our FIRST litter from our black and white magpie buck, Theodore!! He is bred to our black and white magpie doe, Marble!! Marble started working on her nest today, so it won’t be long now!! Fingers crossed for some beautiful magpie babies!!
P.S. this pairing is unrelated to our current litters, which allows some flexibility in making pairs/trios and homestead starters of TAMUK-Composites!!

2 new litters of TAMUK-Composites born Friday, March 22nd, 2024!!
*Let me say! Among all the AMAZING qualities of the TAMUK-Composites(Heat/Humidity tolerant, Meat Producers, Typically large litters , just to name a few)….but their mothering abilities absolutely IMPRESS me!!
Our FIRST TIME momma, Aggie-delivered her litter on Friday consisting of 6 babies, 2 losses…..at the same time, another one, an unprepared momma delivered as well. Unfortunately, I failed her(as my breeding/due dates were lost during a phone transition 😔)…..so she had no nest box, no nest built etc-and had no choice but to deliver on wire. 3 of her 7 babies were alive still when I discovered them. Immediately I warmed them, and placed them in Aggie’s well made nest, hoping she would take over as a surrogate mother-and that’s exactly what she did!! Miss Aggie, thanks for taking Sister’s babies and raising them as your very own!! Aggie is now raising 4 of her own, and 3 of Sister’s. Aggie does unfortunately have a TINY runt baby that is less than half the size of others-however so far it is THRIVING. Hopefully it will continue to thrive!!
And yes y’all, I know who’s are who’s in this litter ;)

Happy Happy Birthday to this little fur child of ours!!! Baby Brudder has definitely made life interesting, fun, sometimes messy and a bit expensive! But I don’t for a second regret keeping his little self around!! You can have several dogs throughout your life….but very few will truly have your heart. Brudder is one of those “heart dogs” to me. I sure love his goofy, sweet self!!! 🖤🖤🖤
Its been HOT 🥵 this summer! So hot! I’ve seen anywhere from 110° up to 116° this summer….and we still have hot days ahead. Our rabbits have NO fans, NO ice bottles, NO soaking stations, NO misters.
Our TAMU-K Composites are THRIVING!!! Shade and an automatic watering system, along with adequate feed and hay.
So happy we decided to go with these!!!

Here at Wiggle’n V Ranch, we take pride in the pups that we produce, and strive to produce pups that grow to be exceptional adults in conformation, trainability, work ability, and more. Our goal in planning each litter is to produce pups that conform to the Breed Standard set fourth by the registrations we are associated with (MASCA, ASDR, and AKC), as well as to continue to help better the breeds that we produce. Thus made obvious by continuous genetic testing on our breeding stock pedigrees, and past show status, and attendances at area conferences to gain in depth education regarding our breeds. We look forward to the future with our dogs, more conformation showing, herding trials, and more!
First and foremost, please understand that all breeding stock at Wiggle’n V Ranch are a part of our family. Many of our dogs are considered to be “Brothers” and “Sisters” to our children (just ask our kids!). A large majority of our dogs have nicknames such as “Son”, “Baby”, “Pretty Girl” “Sweet Boy” and “Momma”, and they ALL know that they are very much loved, appreciated, and SPOILED!! All our dogs have been blessings and pure joy to our family in one way or another, and we look forward to providing others with the love, companionship, joy, bliss and all that goes along with having a dog around; just as we have had the pleasure of experiencing these last nearly 8 years that we’ve been breeding.
With that being said, Wiggle’n V Ranch IS NOT a puppy mill. We DO NOT constantly produce pups year round, there are many months in between that we may not have a litter. Some years, we may only produce 1-2 litters a year, other times, we may have 3-4 litters a year, at no specific time. Each of our pups are handled daily from the time it is born, up until the very moment it leaves. All our pups are raised in our home, are well socialized with kids and adults, cats, other dogs both large and small, and more. Having a busy household and a small farm, allows our pups to be exposed to numerous different household sounds, textures, environments, taste, situations, and more that assist in providing you a well rounded pup.
We also have ADGA Nubian Dairy goats, Great Pyrenees LPDs, Batam Cochins and more!! Look for more of these Starting in Spring of 2019!! As with our Aussies and Dachshunds, our Nubian goats will be well socialized as well as fully wormed and vaccinated. Our Pyrenees pups will be started, and sold as LPDs ONLY.
