Say hello to one of our first patients who visited MedVet's brand new location in New Albany yesterday. Kida, a 2-year-old Longhaired Dachshund, visited our Emergency department for vomiting and diarrhea. Having recently had a tick removed, Kida's owner was also concerned about potential Lyme disease.

After a thorough examination, we determined that Kida, thankfully, did not have Lyme disease; and after evaluating her internal organ function, we treated her symptomatically for her signs.

We're happy to have treated Kida on MedVet New Albany's opening day 💙
