DONATIONS for Boots can be called in to Summerville Road Animal Hospital. Her surgery is scheduled in January. 334-297-1995. Our followers should remember Boots. She's been with us awhile. She had some digestive issues which took a bit to fix then she woke up one morning without use of most of her body. We rushed to her vet. They had no idea why. She was being kept in safe place with only her sister. No signs of injury. After many meds, she recovered mostly. One of her paws never released, tendon issues maybe. So vet said always monitor her for sores and such but she only uses that leg for balance. Now from lack of use, nails trying to thicken up and grown into pad. Unfortunately, looks like she's gonna lose some, if not all of her leg. It is an expensive surgery and probably won't be able to do till after first of the year and with help from people like you. Pls donate what you can and there are many options, here, on our PayPal or directly thru the group at the store on weekends. Once we get a date on her surgery, you can donate thru the vet. She is such a sweet cat and deserves the best. She's about 2 years old and probably will need a younger cat or in a home alone. She's weary of cats bullying her.
