Another reminder that this is the week of our "Team Day". This Thursday, the 27th, we will be closed for the entire day as we go off-site to work on ourselves with our business coach, and will resume normal hours of operation on Friday the 28th. Previous years have involved fun, learning, growth, and more fun! Welcome to the last day of January! What does our team have planned for February? We're glad you asked! Our afternoon team meeting will be on Monday the 17th - from 1 pm to 3 pm, our phones will be off and our team will not be available. AND - on Thursday the 27th - we will be closed for the day. Our team is going off site to have a entire day of learning with our business coach - we'll review the previous year, talk about what went right, what could have been better, and most importantly make a plan for what, and how, we're going to improve our service to you and your furry family going forward!

Big Don gets big love from Olivia, Ashlyn, Parker, and Dr. Huter during his toenail trim. Don has a heart as big as he is, but is a little sensitive about his paws being touched.
