REMINDER: Prestwick Green HOA Annual meeting TONIGHT, Monday, Aug 31, 2015 at 6:30pm. This meeting will be held in our neighborhood at 1614 Grove Hill Dr. Please bring your own chair as we will be meeting in the garage. Hope to see you there.

Prestwick Green's Community Garage Sale has always been held the weekend between Mother's Day and Memorial Day. Following that guideline, this year's community garage sale will be Saturday, May 16, 2015 from 9am to 2pm. The sandwich board will be placed at the entrance to "advertise" this event. Any Prestwick Green resident is welcome to participate and it is your responsibility to mark your yard. You may do the entire weekend and/or extended hours, but the sandwich board will state on May 16 9am-2pm.

NO HOA funds are used for this event.

Prestwick Green Residents,
Last night, several of our residents had their cars broken in to. If you park outside, please be sure not to leave valuables in your car and do not leave your garage door opener in your car. If yours was broken into, you should call in a report over the phone so there is a record of activity and police can start monitoring our neighborhood.

TRICK OR TREAT for Prestwick Green will be THURSDAY, OCTOBER 30TH 6-8:00 pm. This date coincides with most of the central Ohio area, including Columbus and Orange Twp.

PRESTWICK GREEN COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE:
SATURDAY, MAY 17, 2014 FROM 9:00 AM TO 2:00 PM

All Prestwick Green residents are invited to participate in our community garage sale. Participants are more than welcome to open early / close later, include Friday and/or Sunday, etc., but it will be "advertised" as May 17th 9am-2pm. The garage sale will be advertised on the sandwich board at the entrance to our subdivision and on Craig's List.

Participants are responsible for their own signs at their residence to indicate they are participating in the community garage sale (if they feel it necessary), as well as their own change ($), etc. You do not need to inform the HOA of your participation--just open up that morning and you are part of it!
(Note: NO HOA monies are used for the community garage sale.)

FYI...Want to plan ahead every year??? Our community garage sale is scheduled annually on the Saturday that falls between Mother's Day and before Memorial Day weekend, and is always 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. (This year that Saturday is May 17th.)

TRICK OR TREAT (as of now) is still tonight, however, the time has been moved to 5:30-7:00PM. Please keep in mind that some peope may not be aware of this change!

Prestwick Green's Community Garage Sale will be Saturday, May 18, 2013 from 9am-2pm. You are more than welcome to do more days and extend your hours, but it will be "advertised" as May 18th 9am-2pm.

Pet Owners, Please be sure to clean-up after your pets. Especially if you are walking your dog and they go in someone else's yard!
