Tonight, instead of sharing one of our available puppies, we pause to acknowledge a profound loss in our country.

We don’t have to agree on everything in life, but celebrating someone’s death simply because you disagreed with them is not only cruel, it’s dangerous for our country.

Charlie Kirk was a husband, a father, and a man of conviction. His two children will now grow up without their dad — that’s not politics, that’s tragedy.

If we cannot respect the basic dignity of life, no matter our beliefs, we’ve lost sight of what truly matters. Rest in peace, Charlie. Prayers for his family.

God, family, country. In that order.
