Sweet boy Chip is one of our longest residents. We thought he and his brother would quickly be adopted but nope. ❄️A Texas Snowflake in August❄️
Our sweet little Snowflake is only 20 pounds and 8-10 months old. We heard that she is afraid of squeaky toys but loves bones and soft toys, sleeping in a kennel with the door open, being carried round, and peanut butter for a treat. She is great with kids and other dogs. She is a happy bouncy small pup who needs just a bit of time before she settles down after being in her shelter kennel. 13 years old and spending his last days in a shelter. OLD MAN or GRAMPS as he is affectionately called here is a sweet old boy. Yes, he is hard of hearing, has limited vision, fatty tumors under his skin and needs to be inside when it is hot, but he is also gentle, loving, friendly and loves a good nap. 💕ADOPTED!💕 This is our little kitten, Tinsley, who is missing part of her back leg. She is in foster care and often bumps the leg part and it is quite painful. X-rays showed that she probably suffered some type of crushing injury and has ragged bone fragments at the stump. She will be having the rest of the leg removed so she can have a happy pain-free life. She will recover in foster care and then be available for adoption. If you would like to help with her medical expenses you can donate to Hunt County Animal Hospital at 903-886-3911.
