Update : This dog is back home.

Missing puppy - Warner, NH - Lady went missing 10/13/24 when she ran out the door behind a visitor on NH Route 103 E in Warner, NH. Lady is a female, 7 month old, Pomsky (Pomeranian/Husky mix), 26 pounds, shy and wearing a collar. She is brown and white and fluffy. Please keep your eyes open for this little lady and call right away if seen. 855-639-5678.

We are all set and ready for our first four competitors of the 2024 doggy Summer Olympics organized by Golden Dog Adventure Co. and with events being hosted throughout the state. Our competitors will be facing five challenges at our event today.

Missing 7-13-24: Eley Ln and Borough Rd Pembroke, NH. "Ace" is a 1yr old, 40lb male Australian Shepherd. He pulled out of his collar when fireworks went off. Ace is extremely shy especially of men. Please do not chase or call out for him. Call immediately with sightings 855-639-5678

I am excited to announce that I am, once again, in collaboration with the Golden Dog Adventure Co.. participating in the 2024 Doggy Olympics as an event host. I will be offering four challenges, The Front Paws Up Challenge, The All Four Paws Up Challenge, The Limbo Challenge and, the crowd favorite, The Obstacle Course Challenge. JUST SHAKE IT OFF
Dogs constantly communicate through their body language.

A “shake off” is one of the many types of body language and is one of the easier ones to notice.

The shake off can provide us with important insights as to how our dogs are feeling.

Besides being a very effective way to get rid of dirt, pesky bugs and water - dogs can remove up to 70% of water in one single shake off - the shake off is often seen just after something that a dog needs a mental reset from.

It’s a way to flush out adrenaline and could be compared to us taking a deep breath to reset our nervous system and calm ourselves down.

Dogs instinctively know they feel better when they just shake it all off!

It’s their way of saying “Phew, I’m glad that’s over, now I can put it behind me and move on”.

Shaking off is a positive way to calm down, reset and cope with stress – be that negative or positive stress.

Sometimes a shake off could be due to an underlying medical reason like an ear infection, allergy, itching or pain.

If you notice a shake off, look at what has just happened beforehand. This will provide a good clue as to what it is that your dog needs to reset from.

He's home!!!!!!

Great News Hanson is back home and safe. Hanson was found wrapped around a tree roughly 10 minutes from the house. The resident of the home notified animal control and she was able to reunite him with his very worried owner. Thank you everyone.
