More You Know Monday!

UVB Light Helps Regulate Reptiles' Health, UVB light is a shorter wavelength than UVA, so your pets can't see it — but it's just as important. UVB exposure plays a vital role in helping reptiles synthesize vitamin D3, which aids in absorbing calcium from food. Each reptile species will need different amounts of UVB though so its very important to do your own research and understand the differences.

Last weekend Jason couldn’t be trusted with adult money, this weekend Emma and Hailey couldn’t be trusted with trades and came back with plenty of creepy crawlies just in time for Halloween!

The more you know Monday!
Today’s topic is goldfish!
Chain pet stores, fairs, and other tourist locations often have tiny goldfish but most people don't know that they get 6in+ with proper care.
There has always been the lie that they grow to the size of their tank, while this is kinda true, the actual truth is that the fish die once the tank is un inhabitable.
It stunts their size and their life.
When considering a new pet you should ALWAYS do research even if it’s "just a fish."

The more you know Monday!! The nitrogen cycle is a very important role for a fish tank. The two fastest ways to cycle a tank is to add in bottled beneficial bacteria like seed or stability by SeaChem, or to use filter media that has already been in an established tank.

Jason cannot be trusted with adult money at a fish expo part 2… however that means there will be a betta sale today only! All MALE bettas still in bags are the price written on the bag! Get some stunning fish for amazing prices!!!

All bettas are $10 this is only because Cami gave me a great deal again on these beautiful bettas, he had left after the show yesterday.
