Congratulations to Boones Farm rider, Eloise Eirich on making the USEF Saddle Seat World Cup Five Gaited Team. She made the team after a tough competition involving random draws of unknown horses. Riders were required to perform rail work and 2 patterns on two different horses (with only a 7 minute warm up). Many thanks to all of the horses (and their donors) organizers, judges, grooms and supporters! It was a fun weekend of tough competition!

Twelve saddle seat equitation athletes earned their tickets to South Africa on Saturday at the Saddle Seat World Cup Selection Trials. The U.S. will field two teams for the 2024 International Saddle Seat World Cup in Parys, South Africa, next December.

The Boonies had a fun (and successful) show at the UPHA NC State Championships in Raleigh. This show is dear to our farm as we started showing here when it was hosted by the Raleigh Lions Club in Dorton Arena. Lots of great horses have graced these fairgrounds.
