Tuesday afternoon, we conducted an emergency evacuation of our female reticulated python (Sharvalah) from her enclosure. Her male counterpart (Abu) just randomly attacked her from out of nowhere and was zeroing in to strike at her again. We were able to get her out before he got a 2nd blow on her, but she had some pretty deep and nasty wounds from the first attack. After disinfecting and treating her battle wounds, we returned her to her enclosure, blocking Abu's access to be with her. Wednesday morning, her wounds still looked pretty good and healthy, but I was worried about the separation on her skin. After sending photos and speaking with the vet, she agreed we should try and close up her wounds. The vet at Tallgrass did not hesitate one bit and was willing to take on the task... even after knowing which snake it was. I am very thankful for our vet, Holly, and all the staff at Tallgrass for not backing down from this challenge and helping our girl so she could have a good chance for a speedy recovery. https://www.facebook.com/tallgrassveterinaryhospital?mibextid=ZbWKwL

We have several Leopard Geckos!❤️ These little creatures are the cutest! Very little maintenance with just making sure they have water, clean area & a heating pad. They grow to be about 5-6 inches in length. They love their bugs. Genders are unknown. Available for 60$ each.

UPDATE: LITTLE KITTY HAS FOUND A HOME!
We have this very handsome young kitten needing a home❤️He is free to a good home. He was found wild but is so loving, eating well & super playful. We did bathe him as well. Our store hours are 10am to 5pm Tuesday through Friday & Saturday 10am to 2pm

We have live feeders for any size of creature your feeding❤️ From little to giant! We have a HUGE variety of bugs from crickets to a variety of worms. Also have dubia roaches as well as hissing cockroaches. We carry numerous sizes of live rats & mice, as well as frozen. Also have frozen chicks & rabbits on occasion.

We have Micro Squirrels(African Door Mouse) for sale! ❤️ These tiny fur balls are so adorable & get along with each other very well. We have a new baby or 2 probably every 4-6 weeks. They are best kept in a tank with a secure lid because parkour is their specialty. Always burrowing themselves, sleeping throughout the whole day & being super active at night. Bonding is possible if done right.
