It’s been 7 months since we last saw you and we miss you guys! Sickman’s opening weekend is Friday May 24th. We have music in the Mill Bar, food at Mama T’s, we’ll be slinging the juice at Jimmy’s Place and last but not least… TUBING!! Can’t wait for another fun summer with you all.

I remember boarding that Amtrak train 35 years ago for New York School of Dog Grooming. I had a student loan in my back pocket and the generosity of My Great Uncle Morton who graciously offered me to take is apartment on 35th and Lexington. I was so nervous. Here we are 35 years later~ I am leaving for NYC for AKC Meet The Breeds to represent the Poodle. This celabrates my 35 year career in dog grooming. Westminster 1989 my first dog show! NY School of Dog Grooming field trip. I stood next to Sam Kohl and watched the Poodles command the ring as my jaw fell open in amazement I gazed in wonder thinking.... I will do that, I must.
Now I get to wear a new hat... the hat that shares and encourages those with open ears and eyes how a career in dogs can change your life! Every day I'm blessed. Certified Master Dog Groomer/owner breeder handler/B3 Shampoo mistress/
