Policy
* I have the right to refuse any sale.

* Holland Lops live up to 10 years, be sure you can make the commitment.

* I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold any rabbit. I cannot hold a rabbit without a deposit.

*No rabbits are available to leave before 8 weeks old, this time spent with mom and litter mates is very important to their development. I will begin taking deposits when th

e kits are 6 weeks old. If a kit has a deposit on it and becomes sick while in my care, it will be replaced with the next available kit of your choosing.

* Under no circumstances will I sell a rabbit that appears to be sick or having health issues. Every rabbit is healthy to the best of my knowledge when they leave my care. I will not be held responsible if the rabbit becomes sick or dies once it leaves. However, please contact me and I will help you the best that I can.

*If you are a first-time bunny owner please let me know and I will send you a care sheet with the supplies needed for your bunny. If you have a question, please ask!

* If at any point you feel you can no longer care for your rabbit please contact me, I will be happy to take it back, however I cannot refund your money.

*We offer PET QUALITY rabbits, not show quality. We focus on raising our rabbits to be social and well-adjusted pets.
