During these trying times, we are still open and seeing patients! Due to the increasing incidence of the COVID-19 Coronavirus, we have changed our check-in protocol to limits exposure of and staff and clients, and to maintain appropriate social distancing. We have receptionists available to check in you and your patients from your vehicle, and you will be escorted to an exam room when available for your appointment. This is successfully limiting the number of people coming in to contact, especially in our normally very busy waiting area. The implementation of these measures does impact our capacity, but we are doing our best to contribute to the public health, while providing the care and services our clients and patients depend upon. We continue to provide emergency care for our large animal patients as well. Thank you for your understanding, and continued efforts throughout our community to sustain during this unprecedented turmoil.
