Tip of the day: If you always do what you always did, you'll always get what you always got. In other words, if you want to get better at something you need to step outside your comfort zone and try something new or work harder to reach your goals. Sitting back and dreaming about it, but not taking any action will not get you there!

Tip of the week: Colic season is upon us! Hydration is imperative for good gut health. Try changing your routine to feed hay first. It will slow down the intake to the gut and line the stomach with fiber and start the digestive juices flowing for better digestion and absorption of feed. While they are munching hay you can go get that second cup of coffee or grab a protein bar for yourself. Have a great day!
