We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Cooper, who touched the lives of so many people not only within our department but throughout the entire community. Cooper was loved by so many, and will be greatly missed. Thank you Cooper for being a pioneer in K-9 emotional support and for helping bring joy and comfort to all those you met.
