Conway Feed, Inc. Conway Feed is a pioneer animal feed manufacturing plant located in Conway, Washington. Also available are dog, cat and wild bird seed.

Since 1919 the facility at Conway has supplied grains and assisted farmers with their crops. Scott and Kelly McKnight are now the owners and the feed mill produces animal feeds for dairy, poultry, horse, goat, sheep, rabbit, alpaca, emu/ostrich and others. Class A CDL Truck Driver Wanted

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team. Our drivers are responsible for loading and delivering tons of feed per customer orders and often handling multiple loads to various locations. We value team members who foster strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and deliver animal feed to local farms.
• Operate equipment such as augers, push outs, live floors, and auger trailers.
• Weight scaling and unloading to silos/tanks, commodity bays, and bunkers.
• Climb heights of up to 20 feet as necessary.

Requirements:
• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Current medical card.
• Clean driving record.
• Farm delivery experience is a plus.

Benefits:
• Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for employees and their families (80% paid by the company).
• Paid vacation and sick leave.
• Home on weekends, evenings, and major holidays
