Q: Do you take payment plans? A: Yes!

A: No, however we do accept both Scratchpay and Care Credit! Q: Do you offer euthanasia based off of convenience or behavioral issues? A: No, it is completely against our policy to euthanize for any reason other than medical issues that can not be managed. Q: Do you see exotics? We see a variety of exotics. Call us if you have questions on a specific pet. Q: What is your policy on admission appoin

tments? A: Admissions must be scheduled in advance and approved by the staff before checking in. Please call ahead of time to make an appointment! *New clients can not drop off any patients unless given special permission. Q: Do I have to do the preventative bloodwork and f***l panel with my annual wellness exam? A: Big yes!!! We practice the highest quality of preventative medicine here at St. Francis; and in order to do so we must monitor your pet's heartworm, parasite, and major organ function on an annual basis. These panels are also required in order to dispense prescription heartworm/flea & tick prevention every year. Q: What vaccines are required for boarding? A: For dogs- Distemper, Bordetella, CIV, and Rabies
For cats- Feline Distemper, Leukemia, and Rabies

**These vaccines are also required for any drop off appointments such as baths, dentals, or general exams. Please call us if you have any questions on this policy.

Conway Animal Welfare needs your help now!!!!
We have had 7 dogs that were abandoned at two properties in Conway, and we have also had a record number of animal bites in the last two weeks. That means that we are down to on small kennel left, and a difficult choice to make. We have some great dogs, and we need an adopter or a temporary foster to help us give these dogs more time. We also have 4 sponsored adoptions left, which means you could save a life with your adoption fee waived!!! The clock is ticking fast and we need your help now! Please be a hero today!

We appreciate your understanding and support as we take this time to recognize their contributions to your pets' care. 🐶🐱

FOUND CAT - HELP US REUNITE HIM WITH HIS OWNER

A friendly orange and white neutered male cat was brought into our clinic today after being found. He is declawed and has a microchip, but unfortunately, the chip is not registered. We’re hoping someone recognizes this sweet boy!

Day 1 is off to an amazing start as we celebrate our incredible Vet Techs and the dedication they bring to our clinic every single day. To show just how much they mean to us, each tech received a personalized gift basket filled with goodies, and the entire staff got some brand-new jackets to rock! 🧺🧥

Our clinic is looking festive with fun decorations, and we even got spoiled with a delicious delivery of Crumbl Cookies, thanks to our amazing Purina rep! 🍪💙

We couldn’t ask for a better team – stay tuned this week as we continue to show our appreciation for these everyday heroes. 🐾

We are so excited to welcome Dr. Ashley Custer DVM to the CAWU team! We have had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Custer way back in her early days at St. Francis Vet clinic as a tech! We were blessed to have her work with us when she was still in Vet School getting her clinical hours. It feels more like having her come back home rather than a new team member! Thank you for caring for our sweet babies!

It’s the end of an era here at SFVC. Today was the last day for our beloved practice manager, Hannah, or as we call her “Hannager”. The clinic won’t be the same without you; we sure will miss you. But this isn’t goodbye forever, just a see you later! We are so excited for what’s ahead of you and all the wonderful things you will accomplish.
