Lookie!! Since selling the farm, I have missed my goat cheese more than anything. So last week I went to the peach capital in Johnston, SC and.of.course had to make some peach-orange jam. Well of course now I needed goat cheese to accompany that so I actually made a batch using pasteurized goat milk purchased locally. Well I have to say, it is delicious! 😋 I have purchased the cheese, but NOTHING beats home made. I am so happy. Wish I could share with all of my previous goat peeps. Now to open that bottle of wine , so sweet.
