Our Foundations classes will help you learn how to form a partnership with your dog, while learning the basics.

F1 is like puppy kindergarten, we learn how to communicate with our dog and help them learn things such as sit, down, focus, wait and we start working towards basic leash manners

F2 builds off of the skills learned in F1 and starts adding distance, distraction and duration. It’s all about impulse control in this class.

As we all enjoy the snow, we figured we’d spark some conversations! What drew you to the breed(s) you have? Or have had ?
Victoria was drawn to corgi’s due to their training versatility and being eager to please, not to mention their sassy little personalities!
Brandi originally had a pug and was inspired by the movie Milo and Otis. She wanted her very own Otis! And when she was ready for another dog after her pug passed, she looked into Australian shepherds due to having them growing up, but found a challenging border collie instead that inspired her training journey!

Join us for Foundations 1 and learn obedience basics starting at 11:00 on February 9th.
Foundations 2 starts at noon and will build on the basics and work on impulse control.

We have our art of doing nothing class open for enrollment!

●The Art of Doing Nothing: Can your pup settle and relax while you have lunch with a friend? What about calming down when you're out and run into someone you know that you'd like to catch up with? Can they be calm out in town while you have a coffee or run into a pet store with them?

Happy Graduation day!! Brandi’s Foundations 1 and Intermediate classes graduated today.
Winnie and Moose rocked Foundations 1. They learned the basics such as sit, down, leave it, look, wait and loose leash walking. Winnie worked on learning how to co exist with a big dog in her space and how to tackle scary new situations. Moose would prefer we just give him belly rubs and love and he’ll do what we ask of him haha.
Intermediate had Gracie and Luna going out and about to dog friendly public places. Their confidence grew with every new interaction. Luna worked through her fears of different textured floors, scary poles and more! Gracie worked through some of her fears of different doors and holding her down while people watching.
Both classes did amazing! Our next set is now enrolling and starts December 1st. Message us or drop a comment for more information on how to build a good foundation and strengthen your bond with your dog!
