Hello all!
I’m disheartened that I have to make this post, but I don’t know what else to do except to ask your help with some issues we’ve been having.
First, please show up on time for your appointments. We’ve had an increased number of people showing up late without notice. with our one on one grooming style punctuality is important. We like to get started on dogs as soon as they arrive, and when we are running late on the prior appointment now pets have to sit and wait which can cause unnecessary stress. We generally don’t have extra time scheduled to compensate for tardiness either, so when an appointment starts late all following appointments will be late.
Second, please pick your dogs up when they are completed. They do not have to be picked up the second they are done, but we ask that they are picked up in a timely fashion. We close at 4:00 and all dogs need to be picked up by then or late pickup fees will start applying. If your pup needs to stay more then 30 min past completion arrangements need to be made prior to their appointment.
Third, please clean up after your pets. We have a designated potty area for them to use and clean up bags and a trash can. We are seeing an increased number of people letting their dogs potty all over the yard and not cleaning it up.
Lastly, if you or your pet damage property while you are here please let me know. I’ve had several instances over the last few months where property is being broken/destroyed and I’m not made aware. I have markers to show the curve of my driveway, fences to show areas of the yard that aren’t met for pets, mailboxes, etc. that have been getting damaged. Please let me know if this happens.
