While Goose is a pretty good puppy, his leash manners are lacking a bit. Sooooo we’re going to work on that!
Yes it’s hot as hell in Texas and this area was the only spot that had shade🤦🏻‍♀️ We both tripped over that hose 😂 but it was better than being in the sun 😂

Let me tell you that working with Riot and then Goose, is completely different 😂 Riot WANTS to work, Goose is just in it for food😒 Just a typical house hippo 🦛

Hey guys!! Sorry I have been quiet. I had a family emergency but I am back! Now to get back in the swing of things!

Remember our sweet little rescue Pua, now known as Skye?!?! Well, not only has she gotten soooo BIG but it is time for her cleft palate surgery!!! The place command… Riot thinks he’s in time out but I just need him to chill after a bite session lol He’d rather be playing with Goose😂 But soon he’ll learn that that spot his his chill time & he can still see me bc let’s face it, he knows no personal space, especially when moms around🙄

Let’s just say, Riot is impatient, ESPECIALLY when food is involved. But he’s learning! These little steps might not seem like much but I’m telling you, those little steps are HUGE. He will wait for his food, he’s learned that he will get paid for his hard work, and we make it fun! I promise, even if you only take 20 mins to get your pups brain moving, y’all will build a bond& be so much more happier. It’s like having a toddler. If you give them something constructive to do, their mind is busy working that they 1) don’t have time to get into things and 2) feel some sort of fulfillment and will want to do more!

Sibling playday!! Watching these to was a riot, literally😂. Getting to not only be a part of Riot growing into an awesome pup but to be able to see Voodoo grow is just as awesome! I’m so glad my friend got me hooked on the madness😂

Hard work does pay off! Yes it’s a constant process. Yes you have to put in time. No it’s not a one time training and you’re done. You and your pup will both learn. Things about you, things about him/her, and grow an amazing bond! The journey is worth it, trust me!
