Hello Pawfection Family!

It’s been a while since I’ve updated the page, with that being said I’d like to reintroduce the business practices for new customers here to the page.

I offer appointments 7 days a week from 7am-6pm the latest. There are no set business hours, only personal appointments. I groom dogs, cats, and small animals. Lastly, I groom with humanity over vanity.

Please be patient with a response as I receive large amounts of messages and texts in the summer as people on vacation need a groomer too. Text is currently the quickest response time and my number is 207-416-6864. Thank you ❤️

Good morning Pawfection family, this post is different from most. One of my clients is in the unfortunate situation of needing to rehome their dog. He is a year old in tact male, his name is Apache. He’s incredibly smart and willing to learn he just needs someone willing to give him their time. Please reach out to me if you are interested. If someone decides to take him, I’m willing to offer free grooming services to cover him indefinitely.

The shop is back open! If you are interested in booking, messages are preferred! All calls are returned in the order they are received. Please leave your name, dog breed, and the service you are interested in receiving. As always, I do not accept walk-ins and due to the high demand for appointments I have no same day appointments available.

Happy Monday y’all! A few friendly announcements:

-The shop will be closed 7/21-7/28, with that being said, I have a few spots available for the end of this week so book your appointment now if needed.
- August 1st marks one whole year of the shop being open. I will be making a post closer to that date with discount announcements. You won’t want to miss it.
-Lastly, I appreciate each and every one of you, however, I do not appreciate the constant honking as you drive by. I understand you may want to “say hi” or be friendly, BUT, it is a safety hazard. My job includes using very sharp equipment on faces and around eyes. When you honk, you startle both the dog and myself which may lead to accidents. I haven’t had any yet thankfully but please be mindful.

Tomorrow is the 1st! The big day! With that being said, I have implemented some temporary changes to accommodate CDC guidelines. The new procedures effective 5/1/2020:

-All owners are to place animal into the transfer cages provided in the lobby. Please remove collars, clothing, and leashes to take with you and bring back upon pick-up.

-Preferred method of payment is exact cash or check. Payment is to be placed in new, clean envelope that is provided and left on payment table.

-Owners are not permitted past barrier under any circumstances nor will you be permitted to wait inside. Dogs may not stay past appointment time.

-To allow ample time to properly sanitize after every pet, I will be booking no more than 5 appointments per day.

Thank you to all of my loyal customers. I love all of your pets as if they were my own. Please be patient with me as appointments are booking up quickly.

Gov. Mills extends statewide stay-at-home order to May 31

Mills will extend stay-at-home order with modifications to allow for activities and business operations deemed safe.

Good evening everyone, I’ve had an influx of calls inquiring the plans of the salon. I am remaining OPEN as long as my services are requested. With that being said, I am carrying out a few new procedures in order to ensure both your safety as well as mine. Effective tomorrow- all collars and leashes will be sent home with you once your pet has passed the gate within the shop. Please bring them back when you retrieve your pet. I am also limiting the shop to no more than 4 appointments per day to allow time for proper sanitation in between clients. All door handles as well as credit card reader are disinfected religiously. Please pay with card or bring the adequate amount in cash without needing change. I’m sorry to those who are frustrated with the recent changes however these changes must be made for safety.

1. If you are sick, PLEASE stay home and/or reschedule. I will extend hours and accommodate you and your pet when you are feeling better.
2. The shop will be closed April 7-15th! Spots are filling up quickly before then so secure your spot as soon as possible.
3. Lastly, I do not answer the shop phone when I am with clients or working. Please leave a message with your name and the services you are looking for and I will return your call.
