That’s where Tails N Turds has you covered.

We may take a bit longer to reach every yard during winter, but we come prepared with the proper tools to get the job done right. That means chiseling away at ice and digging out what’s hiding underneath — even when it’s cold, windy, and not exactly “fun”… or so it seems 😉.

We do the dirty work so you don’t have to worry about the mess.
If we haven’t made it to your yard yet, don’t worry — we’re working as fast as we can to get to everyone this week.

Today was a successful day! We still have a lot to accomplish by the end of the week, but we’re hustling hard to get it done. Between the cold, strong winds, and icy conditions, it’s definitely been challenging out there. Imagine having to chisel your way down just to reach the dog poop—sounds fun, right? 😅 It’s extremely time-consuming, but we’re putting in the work.

We’ll continue busting our butts to get the job done so you can enjoy fresh, clean yards. Thank you all so much for sticking with us and supporting us through the year(s). It’s truly been a busy and amazing year, and we couldn’t do it without you! 🐾💚

❄️ Winter Service Announcement ❄️

We are doing our very best to clean yards, but icy snow conditions make it much harder to safely access and remove waste. We truly appreciate your patience as we work through these challenges.

We are also seeing more icy conditions expected to move in during the early hours tomorrow, which may continue to impact progress. That said, we are determined to start the week off as a regular service week as conditions allow.

👉 This afternoon, we are working on Horseheads and Elmira yards.

Weather & Holiday Update

We truly hate being delayed and not being able to bust out yards the way we want to. Please know that if it were safe and realistic to work, we would absolutely be out there getting it done.

Between the recent holiday and ongoing snowfall, sleet, and ice, conditions have made it unsafe and, in many cases, unrealistic to locate and properly remove waste buried under heavy snow or ice. Our priority is doing the job right while keeping everyone safe.

We have been working hard to get to as many yards as humanly possible with the conditions we’ve been given, and we will continue pushing forward as soon as weather allows.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience and understanding during these winter challenges. Thank you for sticking with us — we promise your yards will be taken care of.

Due to the heavy snowfall moving in, we’re unsure how much further we’ll be able to get today. We will continue cleaning yards until visibility worsens and it’s no longer safe to do so.
