We greatly appreciate your loyalty over the past three years at our establishment, Pawsitive Strides Corning. Your beloved pets are the heart and soul of our business.

As we navigate the challenges of significant inflation impacting various operational costs, such as shampoo, utilities, tools, and sharpening services, we are dedicated to minimizing the need for price increases. We kindly request your patience and understanding as we implement the following THREE necessary adjustments.
Please note that we do not employ a dedicated front desk or assistant available.
If you call, we kindly ask that you leave a message, and I will make every effort to return your call as soon as possible.
Text messages are typically answered more promptly, but please understand that as the sole individual managing our operations, I will respond as quickly as I can.

FIRST : 🥇 To accommodate the growing demand, we must increase the number of daily appointments we accept. This may result in slightly LONGER grooming times, but we believe this is a necessary step to avoid raising our service prices. Rest assured, we continue to provide a completely cage-free grooming environment, and our kennel rooms are spacious and comfortable.

If you NEED a specific pickup time request for your dog's grooming, please inform us at the time of drop-off, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Second: 🥈 Additionally, if you really have to have an EXPRESS grooming option, we offer an express groom for an additional fee of $35, for completion within approximately one hour.

Third: 🥉 We have also updated our shampoo selection to more economical options while ensuring we maintain excellent results. Our full-service grooming package includes the groomer's choice of the most suitable shampoo for your dog's coat, along with conditioner, your preferred haircut, nail trimming and filing, and ear cleaning. Please note that we do not provide teeth or gland expression services.

We are thrilled to announce that our grooming shop will be hosting three amazingly talented interns for three Saturdays in January!
We warmly invite you to bring your beloved dogs in for grooming sessions performed by both the interns and our seasoned groomer, Star, who has 17 years of experience.

We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to support the next generation of groomers and help them pursue their passion. Each of the interns will personally meet with you and your pet during drop off and pickup to discuss the haircut process, ensuring a tailored and personalized experience.

**Internship Grooming Dates:**
- January 11
- January 18
- January 25

To show our appreciation for your support, we are offering a **30% discount** on all grooming services during these internship dates.

As the year draws to a close, we at Pawsitive Strides Corning Grooming Shop want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you. Your unwavering support has made a world of difference to us, and we couldn’t have come this far without you!

We are excited to announce that before the new year, we will be taking a big step toward giving back to the community by training the next generation of professional groomers. We will be welcoming local high school students for internships at our shop, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in the grooming industry.

In light of this, we are pleased to offer lower-cost grooming services performed by both our talented interns and Star, our seasoned groomer with 17 years of experience. It’s a wonderful opportunity for the students to learn and for you to benefit from quality grooming at a more affordable price.
