Great video to see the expectations of a utility dog and the handler. Any Hunter should considered preparing his/her dog to meet this standard or other similar organizations to properly prepare a dog for many different phases of bird / fur hunting. Great job NAVHDA on the testing expectations and sharing important information for new and experienced folks alike. This is a good example for anyone wondering what it takes to build and maintain a quality bird dog in all these different phases of the hunt. The dog is expected to hold a standard while hunting game and performing in the field…..well done NAVHDA on the video and explanations.

Today we got mail from NAVHDA and have officially registered our Kennel. Excited to have this step complete and share our passion of hunting dogs, whiskey and double guns. The name seemed fitting 🤷‍♂️.
