Summer is here and it is very hot in the Verde Valley. Our little air conditioner in our shop isn't keeping up. To ensure the safety of the dogs, we are closing temporarily until we can renovate our shop to be better insulated. Please feel free to message us if you'd like for us to get back to you when we reopen! We are hoping that this closure is very short!

Hi! So like most businesses these days we use a cell phone for our shop.

I realized today that my "smart" phone has been screening about 90% of our customer calls as spam, and having a robot answer to screen the calls... totally weird! I am kind of missing the days of landlines!

I am in my settings right now trying to figure out how to make my phone stop screening calls...since it seems to think everything is spam.

If you've tried to call to set up a dog grooming appointment and have not gotten through, send me a text or a Facebook message and I will be happy to help you! I can answer your questions via text, or call you back.

We will have this technical difficulty worked out soon, It shouldn't be like calling a radio station to make an appointment to get your dog groomed! 🙃

Percy is a sweet and gentle 90lb Great Pyrenees who came to see us today for his first spa day ever 🛁

We accomplished an extensive de-shedding/de-tangling, nail dremeling and ear cleaning, on top of a luxurious massage in the bathtub. After Percy was meticulously blow dried and combed out, he then had a visit to Amelia's grooming table, for a reshape of his feet, legs, chest and bum!

We take the time necessary to perform stress free grooming, and only use high quality professional products. The results always speak for themselves!

Percy is a true gentleman🎩 who looks and feels like a million bucks 💰

This sweet girl was brought in to us today because she'd been found at Buffalo Park and we are CERTAIN she has an owner! She was wearing a multicolor collar with polka dots on it.
