I'm very sad. Such a tragedy😔🐾.
10 dogs die after being left for Board and Train in Irvine.
People leaving their dogs at a board and train facility have no concept whatsoever of bad/inappropriate/dangerous training methods. You have to trust, what you're seeing as a professional, is telling you .
Then they receive a TEXT (😡😡 NOT EVEN THE DECENCY OF A PHONE CALL!!) that their dog, their pet, their furry family member is dead.
There is NEVER, NEVER any reason for this result. These were young, healthy dogs. I don't need to read or hear any details of this case in order to tell you with 98% certainty what these poor dogs went through, how they were mishandled, mistreated and how they suffered at the hands of these uneducated people calling themselves dog trainers.
This is a result of punishment training and/or "balanced training" methods using tools such as slip chains(choke chain) and prong collars.
Irresponsible, lazy, uneducated, so-called "dog trainers" who guarantee results to clients use harsh methods with dogs.
This is NOT dog training, this is ABUSE.
If any dog trainer uses the word guarantee or balanced, run!
