Broccoli microgreens to fight cancer?? 🥊 That's right! 🥦 .mage.wellness is a Plant-based health coach and shared this with me: Sulforaphane, found in broccoli sprouts and Microgreens has been shown to suppress the ability of breast cancer stem cells to form tumors.

Researchers at Johns Hopkins University found the cancer-fighting nutrients in broccoli do find their way into breast tissue where they can suppress breast cancer stem cells when eaten. (vs just testing it in a petri dish 🔬🧫) This is especially helpful when you're in remission.

It takes at least a quarter-cup of broccoli sprouts a day, which is easy to get when you purchase a 4oz container of our broccoli microgreens weekly!
