Dill microgreens are high in antioxidants, which can help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. They are a rich source of vitamins A, C, and K, as well as calcium and iron.
Parsley Is full of antioxidants, plus Vitamin A and beta-carotene to support eye health and prevent age-related eye diseases. Folate is a B vitamin that helps keep blood vessels healthy and Vitamin K supports bone-building cells and helps keep bones strong 💪
Leek microgreens are full of nutrients, including vitamins B6 and C, iron, and potassium, and have antioxidant properties. They contain flavonoids, including quercetin, which may protect against some cancers, such as breast and gut cancer. Leeks also contain allicin and other thiosulfinates, which are sulfur compounds that may help reduce cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood clots.
