🪱we are restocked on European nightcrawlers ( larger earth worms ) but still no red wigglers. They all died in transit due to the cold weather. We will Update y’all once we have more 🪱

It’s cold-stun season and the Texas Sealife Center has already received 18 green sea turtles since Tuesday morning!

Sea Turtles can’t regulate their own body temperature to stay warm during colder weather, therefore their body temperatures lower with their surroundings. When temperatures are 50 degrees and below they can become lethargic and unable to swim. They can be found stranded on the beach or in shallow waters. If you find one, do not try to put them back into the water, call 1-866-TURTLE-5 and let them know the location so they can get that turtle picked up, evaluated and warm!

Hey guys we’d like to keep you updated on the hornworm food situation. We are almost completely out of hornworm food. Until they get the ingredients to make more of their special hornworm food, we will have another alternative to giving y’all food to grow out your hornworms. It won’t be the in the container but loose.
Also they sent out this email about prices rising in 2025. We were hoping to bring the prices down to 2$ once we got more food but due to this email we decided to keep the price at 3$ per hornworm food container.
We really appreciate all your support and willingness to understand. Thank you guys 🙏🏼

Sold out of frozen quail until further notice. Our supplier doesn’t carry them anymore 😢 we’ll see if we can get any in the future. Thank you guys

We were informed that they will not have a key ingredient to make this food until the beginning of next year 🥲 We will be looking for other options and keeping y’all updated.
We have other options to keep them fed but those foods don’t solidify in the containers. We are looking for something that will work the same. We thank & appreciate everyone who’s been understanding about this issue.

Guys this is a heads up we have to higher the price on the hornworm food containers. We cannot get ahold of the hornworm food we use because they are out of an ingredient. And they don’t know when they’ll have more. With that being said we have to buy from second hand sellers or buy smaller bottles that only make so much food and cost a lot more than the bulk tubs.
We will be upping the price to 3$ each container till we can get back to normal and then the price will remain at 2$ per container.
We are looking for other options but no other food is the same quality.
