🚨More treats needed 🚨

We are running low on soft training treats for our staff and volunteers to use when socializing with the dogs in our care. If you are able to donate some treats we would greatly appreciate it! You can see a few soft treat brands that we like to use on our Amazon wishlist.

If you are going by the store and want to just drop some off at the shelter, we are open 7 days a week (M-F 11:30-6:30, weekends 11-4pm).

Read the shelter pets a bedtime story at the Denver Animal Shelter on Saturday, Feb. 11 or Sunday, Feb. 12 from either 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm or 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm.

Wear your pajamas, bring your favorite book, and sit outside the kennels to read to adoptable cats or dogs.

The first 15 minutes of your time slot will be spent making Valentines cards to put on the animal's kennels. Cookies and hot chocolate will be provided.

$14 per child (guardians must be present and do not need to pay to attend).
