Growing basil is our number one priority. We do not use any chemicals or pesticides. All natural. Basil is where it’s at.
We grow so much basil in pots and in the gardens. We use it for everything and many locals use it for their culinary dishes such as chicken, pasta, fish, meat and pork. When turned into pesto it easy to use as a spread instead of a garnish. We came across a most magnificent recipe to add pesto to homemade bread and rolls and it has become something of a fad. Thank you to Giuseppe S in England for that recipe. It is delizioso. We have shortened our product menu and changed our pricing for the better. Please, check out the new menu posted today.
