Today I had a whole happy pre written post about Thanksgiving and how grateful I am to have such a wonderful business and clients. My day was shattered. About 45 minutes ago I got communication that Otis passed away this morning suddenly. I’m heartbroken to say the least. He was one of my absolute favorite clients and had been with me for years. I just want you all to know that you and your pets become family to me and I cherish every appointment I have to spend time with your furry pals. I love them just as much as you do and I always look forward to seeing them all. It breaks my heart when I get the dreaded text or call, and I mourn right along with you when they cross the rainbow bridge. Alas, I will miss you terribly Otis. We had some great times together and I loved hearing all your player stories. You broke a lot of hearts, including mine today. I love you my sweet mini swag thug. I hope to see you again when my watch ends. 🖤
