The purpose and main function of MBTR is to promote humane treatment through rescue, rehabilitation, education and the re-homing of neglected, abandoned and unwanted Boston Terriers. Help Bella Get the Surgery She Needs!

We're reaching out to ask for your help for Bella, a sweet rescue dog who urgently needs surgery. Bella was adopted from the El Paso shelter in November 2021 by Kris and Leann and has brought so much joy to their family.
Why the Surgery is Necessary

Bella has been diagnosed with a retrobular meningioma, a malignant tumor located behind her right eye. This tumor is pressing on her optic nerve and has affected her vision. Dr. McLean has explained that while this type of tumor is rare, it needs to be removed as soon as possible for Bella to lead a healthy life.
The surgery will cost around $5,000, and we are hoping to raise funds to cover this expense. Your support, no matter how small, can make a significant difference in Bella’s recovery.
