Our community has suffered another tragic loss. 💔 The Hurst family will be dealing with a very difficult road ahead following a car accident that claimed the lives of the parents and an infant daughter, and leaves behind 5 precious kiddos.

We are saddened by the senseless taking of one of our policemen. Also wanted to let everyone know that we tried to lower our huge flag the day of the incident in honor of the policeman and the screw stripped out and we were not able to lower it. Ordered a new part and will have it fixed as soon as we can!! So sorry!!!

Heaven got the greatest cowboy today. I’m going to miss our adventures and the time together. I’ll miss you everyday. You were my best friend. Services for Johnny Green will be announced soon. Services are Saturday the 5th at the sale barn. Cortez livestock auction. On Hwy 491. Funeral procession horse drawn wagon to Cortez cemetery.
