So, I was out walking Kano, he's such a good boy! 😊 I came across this woman walking her dog. I politely smiled and said "Hi". "Do you mind if our dogs greet each other?" She stalled and was unsure. I reassured her that Kano was a nice dog and he has never lashed out at another dog.

I could tell that her puppy was excited but also nervous to meet Kano. Before she could say anything they were already sniffing each other! Everything went fine! I just hope that dog owners realize, that if you constantly pull back on that leash and act unsure, well you're poochie is going to be unsure too. Which could cause them to lash out at another dog in the future.

Moral of the story! If you're afraid of what your dog might do and you never give them the opportunity. It could cause issues later. Dogs need to socialize too!! 😊
