ATTN BIRD FAMILY/FRIENDS: most of u may know Richard Gentile, what u may not realize is that he lives in the same town that i do. we met at a vets office when i heard his cockatiels chirping in the waiting room! long story short, he took in my precious azrae (and akira) & saved him cause i was moving to FL and he never would've made the trip having asthma. he and lynne added 5 yrs on2 his life, for which i will b 4ever grateful. if u know richard, then u know how giving he is... how much he has donated 2 so many in the bird community. well, now he needs our help. azrae passed christmas eve & the hospital bills leading up 2 that have been overwhelming. can we now help him? if u can't donate, pls share? 🙏🏻💝

Check your bird's feet!
It's important to check your bird's feet regularly to ensure that they are healthy.
Papillae are small, rounded raised areas of skin on the underside of a parrot's feet and they are an indicator of good health.
However, if your parrot has incorrect perches or lacks vitamins in their diet, the papillae can become flattened and disappear.
To prevent this from happening, we recommend a balanced diet with adequate vitamin levels, as well as providing multiple natural perches in their cage.
