Wow the Fair is off to a great start! Two baby goats were born at 11:13 A.M. today at Old MacDonald’s Barn. We’re looking to you for name ideas for these two precious goats- let us know in the comments!

💪🌟We have a little fighter!🌟💪
Born as a triplet, his other two siblings were stillborn and he was rejected by his Mother! 😢 He is the smallest little guy and I’m trying my hardest to save him! Still touch and go at times but he sure is trying to be strong and mighty!♥️

We always LOVE our visits to Tiny Tots Tigers Preschool & Daycare - Newton Falls. The kids have a blast! 🌟 The staff is always so interactive, positive and hands-on with the kids to enhance their experience! 😀

We always want to excel in providing our animals with superior care while maintaining overall wellness. The Alpacas are feeling refreshed and a lot lighter after their annual shearing! 🦙✂️☀️ Here are some interesting facts about Alpacas fiber: 1. Two Types of Fiber- The most common fleece type comes from a Huacaya. Huacaya fiber grows and looks similar to sheep wool in that the animal looks "fluffy". The second type of alpaca is Suri and makes up less than 10% of the South American alpaca population. Suri fiber is more similar to natural silk and hangs off the body in locks that have a dreadlock appearance. 2. Fiber of Gods- Ancient South Americans used to call Alpaca fiber as the Fiber of Gods, because it was reserved for royal use only. Alpacas were bred in tribal areas of ancient Argentina, Bolivia etc and were considered as Royal Camelidaes. 3. Flame Resistant-Can you believe that Alpaca Fleece is actually flame resistant? Tested by experts, Alpaca is probably the only fiber found in the nature that shows 100% immunity against flame. This is the reason that Alpacas use their wool as their defense shield. 4. Color Variations-Alpacas are known for their looks. They are found in wide range of colors. Unlike sheep or llama wool, you can also find Alpaca fiber in peaches too. There are more than 200 shades of Alpaca fiber! 5. Water Resistant-If someone tells you that a fiber is actually water and moisture resistant, would you believe it? Well, that’s true in case of Alpaca fiber through. The fiber has natural insulation core that makes immune against water, this is the reason that Alpaca rugs and carpets are recommended for living areas and halls, because they don’t look dirty. 6. Alpaca Fiber is Not Wool- Most people consider Alpaca fleece a kind of wool, but it is not. It has different texture and construction than wool. 7. Three Times Warmer-Alpaca fiber is almost 3 times warmer than sheep or any other kind of wall and almost 7 times stronger. 8. Natural Shine-Alpaca fiber consists of natural scale-like layers of fiber, which allows the lig

Thank you for your interest in ZOO-2-GO Mobile Petting Zoo & Pony Rides. We are a family owned/operated business, based in Cortland, OH and have been offering animal attractions since founded by Trent Brown in 2008. We are committed to educating while we entertain We strive on cleanliness, customer service, and exceeding business standards, while keeping our exhibits safe and clean!

Our pony rides and petting zoos are designed to provide a fun environment for visitors of all ages to have a hands-on experience with a variety of animals. In the zoo, informative signs are presented on all of the enclosures so that visitors can learn about the animals while they interact with them. We hope that every person who enters the zoo, regardless of age, will leave it having learned at least one thing that they did not know before.

All of our “hands on” animals are friendly and many have been hand raised by our family. They enjoy interacting with people as much as the people enjoy petting and feeding them. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is always on hand to answer questions and to help our visitors enjoy our zoo to the fullest.
